MeSH-aware expansion (optional): add terms with a logged diff of what changed and why.
Reference curation: keep, drop, tag, annotate, and track decisions.
Compiled downloads: per-run exports (tables + reference files) in a single packet.
Audit trail: every run yields a folder you can re-open, re-run, and share.
